SMS Terms & Conditions

These SMS Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the text (SMS) messaging program of Three Lakes Detailing Inc.(“Three Lakes Detailing,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By providing us your mobile number and agreeing to receive texts, you agree to these Terms.

1. Program description

Three Lakes Detailing sends text messages to customers who have contacted us or booked our services. These messages relate to our mobile boat and car detailing service and may include:

  • Appointment confirmations and arrival windows;
  • Price quotes;
  • Invoices, receipts, and payment reminders;
  • Replies to your questions and general customer service.

2. Consent

You consent to receive text messages from us when you give us your mobile number and agree to be contacted by text. Consent to receive marketing texts is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

3. Message frequency

Message frequency may vary depending on your interactions with us (for example, when you request a quote or have an upcoming appointment).

4. Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply. These charges come from your mobile carrier and are your responsibility. Check your mobile plan for details.

5. How to opt out (STOP)

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send you a confirmation message and then stop sending text messages to that number. You may continue to receive messages for a short period while we process your request.

6. How to get help (HELP)

7. Carrier liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of messages is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed.

8. Privacy

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows when they were last revised. Continued participation in the messaging program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
